Measure the opening of your jars with precision and automatically determine the ideal maximum diameter for a properly fitting lid. In addition to simplifying lid making, the Lid Compass allows you to reproduce the same measurement across multiple pieces, ensuring greater consistency throughout production.
Suggested uses
- Use the upper opening to measure the mouth of the container. The lower opening will automatically indicate the maximum diameter required for a properly fitting lid.
- To reproduce the same measurement on different pieces, adjust the compass to the desired opening and tighten the center lock to secure the measurement. Use it as a reference throughout production to ensure consistency.
Material
Made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a highly durable and biodegradable polymer produced from renewable raw materials.
Usage instructions
- Do not expose the tool to direct sunlight. High temperatures may cause deformation.
- Suitable for use with clay (stoneware clay), porcelain, cold porcelain, air-dry clay, and similar materials.
- Clean the tool using water and soap. Do not use abrasive products (such as cleaning agents, alcohol, or similar chemicals) to preserve the product's durability.
